任南琪,男,1959年3月出生,江苏宜兴人,中国工程院院士,于1994年12月至1998年10月国家地震局工程力学研究所博士后,现任哈尔滨工业大学副校长,城市水资源与水环境国家重点实验室主任,教授,博士生导师。任南琪教授自博士后出站后成长迅速,已成为哈尔滨工业大学环境工程学科的学术带头人,并成为国家“长江学者奖励计划”特聘教授,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者,“城市水质转化规律与保障技术”国家创新研究群体带头人。[1]

成果概述

在生物学理论应用于工程技术中,在生物制氢和工业废水处理等应用基础理论研究方面取得了显著成果。主持国家自然科学基金重点项目等省部级以上项目23项(国家自然科学基金委资助7项),获国家技术发明二等奖1项、国家科技进步二等奖1项,省部级科技奖9项,获省级教学成果奖3项;在国内外核心以上刊物上发表论文300余篇,专著和编著9部,获得发明专利19项,实用新型专利5项。已培养出博士后12名,博士35名,硕士60余名。

技术成就

他针对难降解工业废水处理难题,引入了产酸发酵微生物生理生态学理论,建立了废水处理产酸发酵类型的人工控制方法,提出了完全氧化型硫酸盐废水处理新工艺。此项研究曾两次获得国家自然科学基金委资助。该研究成果获中科院专著出版基金资助,拟出版专著1部。该研究成果针对难降解有机废水的水质特征,将产酸发酵微生物生理生态学研究成果应用于4项建设部科技成果重点推广项目示范工程。他结合中国国情开发出3套适合中国国情高效、经济、节能的高浓度废水生物处理集成化技术,建立了相应的专有技术推广平台和设备加工制造平台,并应用于15项示范工程,该技术获国家科技进步二等奖和建设部华厦科技进步一等奖。该集成化技术攻克了印染、制药、化工、发酵等行业排放的废水处理投资和运行费用高、处理效率低、运行不稳定等亟待解决的难题。已在淮河、太湖、辽河和松花江等流域建立起15项高浓度有机废水生物处理工程,工程累计投资约1.85亿元。该成果获得国家科技进步二等奖。

自强不息、勤耕不辍是他坚持的一条准则。主持国家自然科学基金等省部级以上项目19项(国家自然科学基金委资助5项),获国家科技进步二等奖1项,省部级科技进步奖6项,获省级教学成果奖2项;在国内外核心以上刊物上发表论文170余篇,专著和编著7部,申请和获得发明专利7项,实用新型专利5项。已培养出博士后6名,博士15名,硕士37名。他提出了以厌氧活性污泥为菌种的有机废水发酵法生物制氢技术(1990年),1991年获得国家自然科学基金委资助,1995年获黑龙江省科技进步二等奖,发展了生物产氢理论,出版专著1部。该成果被评为“2000年中国十大科技进展新闻”,并创建了世界上首例生物制氢示范工程。
